Tapered Tips
DewNorth Technologies tapered tips are designed with double helix threads and a universal luer lock to provide a secure connection to industrial syringes or dispense valves. Tapered tips are recommended for applications where dispensing medium and high-viscosity fluids with a high degree of precision and consistency is required. A smooth internal fluid path design reduces turbulence flow, prevents air entrapment and fluid dripping caused by ''back pressure'' build up. The flash free orifice ensures accurate and repeatable dispensing. The 27-gauge is available to make micro-dots dispensing possible.
Standard tapered tips are made of Polyethylene with UV-light block additive.
Rigid tapered tips are recommended for automation applications and is made of Polypropylene with opaque color to provide UV protection.- Silicone and chloride free
